Vanilla pods used for making A grade ground vanilla powder are fresh non-spent vanilla that are dried to less than 10% moisture content and ground into a fine powder.

Concentration: Ground dried fresh vanilla pods 100%.

Ingredients: Ground dried vanilla pods pure and unadulterated. No preservatives, no colouring agents, no restricted substances, no allergens.

Physical: Fine powder 100% passing 30 mesh. Moisture content 8% maximum.

Applications: Baked goods, beverages, cereals, chocolate, dry powder products, tea blends etc.

Suggested Dosage: Use 20-30g grade A ground vanilla powder per kg.
