Product description: Creamy coloured water soluble natural vanilla extract powder created from infusing fresh vanilla beans in solution to produce a traditional vanilla extract that is dried using a spray drying technique to form a fine powder.

Concentration: 1 fold concentration equal to 100g vanilla beans per kilogram of vanilla extract powder.

Ingredients: Infused fresh vanilla pods, maltodextrin, water. All natural ingredients, no preservatives, no colouring agents, no restricted substances, no allergens.

Producers Guarantee: This product is free from chemicals and artificial ingredients. The natural vanilla pods used to make this product were cultivated in an organic manner without the use of chemicals or artificial fertilisers.

Physical: Fine granulation light cream coloured powder with moisture content less than 7%. Soluble in water with bulk density 0.2 – 0.4 g/ml.

Applications: Use for providing natural vanilla flavour to beverages, dairy, ice cream, pastry, etc

Suggested Dosage: 45g vanilla extract powder per kg
