Dry (Dried) Hibiscus Flower (Joba Phool)
To make Hibiscus Drink:
Boil 1 liter of water.
Add ½ cup dried hibiscus flowers.
Simmer for 5–10 minutes (for a stronger taste, steep longer).
Strain and sweeten with sugar or honey (optional).
Serve hot or chill and pour over ice for a refreshing iced tea.
Enhance with lemon, mint, or cinnamon for extra flavor.
