Product description: Moist thick pure vanilla seed caviar paste created from natural vanilla seeds mixed with our premium alcohol-free vanilla extract. The vanilla seeds are sieved to remove vanilla pod fragments. May contain some traces of vanilla pod fragments.
Concentration: Natural vanilla seeds 50%, alcohol free vanilla extract (one-fold concentration equal to 100g vanilla beans per litre of extract) 50%.
Ingredients: Vanilla caviar seeds (50%), alcohol free vanilla extract [Infused fresh vanilla pods (100g/L), glycerine (50%), water] (50%). All natural ingredients, no preservatives, no colouring agents, no restricted substances, no allergens.
Producers Guarantee: This product is free from chemicals and artificial ingredients. The natural vanilla pods used to make this product were cultivated in an organic manner without the use of chemicals or artificial fertilisers.
Physical: Moist thick paste. Granulation of vanilla seeds 100% passing 60 mesh.
Applications: Use for aesthetic appearance in deserts, ice cream and pastries to show that real vanilla has been used. Note that vanilla seeds have low flavour intensity, so primality used for aesthetics.
Suggested Dosage: 14g vanilla caviar paste per kg
